Although the hotel had some drawbacks in terms of room odor, noise, and a not-so-great dining experience, the service was excellent and the location was lovely, especially for exploring the restaurants in Rhodes town. The rooms were cleaned daily, but had some issues with smell and noise from early mornings. The staff went above and beyond, offering a friendly and helpful service. The hotel's location was beautiful, with pleasant seating areas and proximity to restaurants, although there was a problem with the sewage in the bathroom ground. The dining options were simple but had everything I needed, with some dishes being less satisfactory. Overall, the hotel provided a comfortable stay with a few room-related issues but excelled in service and location.

The Majestic hotel offers basic but clean rooms with small balconies, situated in a great location near the center of Rhodes town. The service is excellent overall, although some minor issues were encountered. The dining experience provides good variety at reasonable prices. The hotel facilities are adequate for a pleasant stay.

The rooms at Majestic are not fancy but clean and nice overall. The small balconies didn't bother me as there is so much to see and do in Rhodes. However, the wood around the bed is a hazard due to its small size. Despite that, the room was wonderful when the temperature was 28 degrees at midnight.

The service at Majestic was excellent, with helpful and extremely pleasant staff, except for one minor issue. Overall, the staff is very friendly and helpful, providing car hire, housekeeping, a welcome drink, tours/ticket assistance, and happy hour.
